During our recent four-night stay at Casa Aurelia, my family and I enjoyed a delightful culinary experience that truly reflected the essence of regional cuisine. The hotel houses two restaurants, one indoors and a charming setting in the attractive gardens. We often opted for the outdoor dining area, which provided a peaceful ambiance, perfect for soaking in the lovely surroundings. The culinary offerings were tantalizing. I recall one evening savoring a fabulous dish of garbanzos with boletus mushrooms—simple yet bursting with flavor. Each meal, whether lunch or dinner, was thoughtfully prepared, showcasing the region's rich gastronomic heritage. Every morning began with breakfast served in the cafeteria, where a complimentary continental spread awaited us. Fresh orange juice and crusty homemade bread were highlights, making it a delightful start to our days. The staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring guests were well taken care of. As a former food critic, I’m drawn to establishments that prioritize quality and innovation. Casa Aurelia did not disappoint; it expertly bridged comfort with culinary excellence, leaving me eager for a return visit.
